.posAbs( [ New_Position ] ) - Absolute positioning
Gets the absolute position of an element with repect to the document parent.
Sets an element to a particular position repective to the document parent if the new position is specified. Absolute positioning DOES NOT change the "position" style to "absolute".
Parameters

where AA, BB are pixel numbers or String which precedes by "+" or "-"

Ex 1 : { x : 50 , y : 50 }
Ex 2 : { x : "+100", y : "-50" } - current x + 100, current y - 50
Ex 3 : { x : 100 } or { x : "-200" } - Only Horiziontal positioning
Ex 4 : { y : 50 } or { y : "+100" } - Only Vertical positioning
