Sibling Selector
HTMLElements can selected based on adjacent siblings.
main + target (Adjacent Sibling Selector)
Fetch HTML elements which are immediate adjacent sibling to main element
Example
This example selects the 1st anchor element which is an immediate sibling of div element and not 2nd sibling anchor element.
JS HTML
						// get 1st sibling anchor to div
						$.get("div + a");

<div></div>

<a>1st Sibling</a>

<span>Span Sibling</span>

<a>2nd Sibling</a>
main ~ target (Sibling Combinator)
This selector which works like "+" but not too strict. This selector selects sibling elements irrespective of whether it is immediate or not.
Example
This example selects 1st and 2nd sibling anchor tags to div.
JS HTML
						// get all sibling anchor tags to div
						$.get("div ~ a");

<div></div>

<a>1st Sibling</a>

<span>Span Sibling</span>

<a>2nd Sibling</a>
